A STORY THAT REPEATS IN MANY CORNERS OF THE WORLD...

Writing nothing as a brief introduction, I would like to only talk about the title of my poem as it below reads. My poem is a situation revolving around four words - I, HIM, NO and KNOW. The situation reveals to you in the lines that follow...

I - (k)NO(w) - HIM

I go to bed
Thinking of the day ahead.
I start dozing off;
And fantasies start coming on...

Two pieces part ways-
And cheerfully lighten my face,
Besides two bunny pads wait,
Till the time my sleep is off the plate.
Getting up unreadily,
Dressing up steadily;
Walking down the still escalator
Giving a hug to mother, a social orator.
the sizzling smell travels all through
Grabbing the attention of my nose - see through!
By the time father is awake
I already have milk for his sake.
He adores me a lot,
He gets tensed when I get a clot,
He stands by me during every anti-me plot.
Oh! He is such a loving father;
And I, his loving daughter!
He comes out to give me a goodbye kiss-
All day then, I feel a bliss...

Scaringly, I felt a hand covering my mouth
I sat up facing my bed's South.
It vanished - my scare
I saw standing mon pรจre;
His smile was courteous;
He turned about
And latched the gate,
This time, the smile was fictious.
Horrific black it was
His actions were gross.
The Punjab, the Hong Kong, the Babu Lal Dhakar cases weren't false;
Purest of bonds are abandoned due to such assaults.
Tears rolled down my eyes;
The only thought that troubled and made me agonize-
I know him;
And
I kept on saying no to him!

*All I can say is sorry to all those girls who face this wrath and a promise that none of my men will let you down.*

THE DIVINE SHEPHERD

Born in the darkness of the prison, he filled colors and love in the lives of many others!  Shri Krishna, the eighth incarnation of Lord Vishnu, was brought up by his foster parents, Yashoda and Nanda; with utmost love and care.  Took birth to free his parents* from the unhealthy treatment by Kansa** by ending his rule, Shri Krishna also wanted the world to understand eternal love. Being the preserver God himself, he could have fixed all the chaos in the world within a fraction of seconds. Born as a human, he decided to face life and its challenges not as Narayana but as an ordinary shepherd who dearly loved his lady, Radha. With so many demons interfering his early life, he is still remembered for his smile, his mischievous yet jolly nature. With his life at risk of these demons, he enjoyed his present and used to be busy either stealing maakhan or breaking the pots of the women of the village.  What his story teaches is that happiness is a state of mind that has nothing...

IS IT NOT OKAY?

Isn't it okay to feel upset sometimes? Isn't it okay to express your mood sometimes? Isn't it okay to let your emotions be in front of the world? Isn't it okay for your feelings to roll down the cheeks? Isn't it okay to just cry some fine day, in solitary or maybe just in public? Isn't it okay to not be weak with tears? Isn't it all okay? The world often disregards a person who cries. For this world, the strengthened is born free of tears. People cry because they are weak. But what if I tell, on behalf of all those who cry, including me, that people are strong because they cried.  A newborn, who doesn't know anything about this world, is almost dead if it does not cry. Then how can a grown up be alive without letting his tears and emotions out after having an almost fully fledged idea of how this world is?  Rolling out stronger    The world might not regard For the strong and hard To shed tears like a coward. But does it so stand, Enough fair at all end?...
